E-book Cover – $195

-Design/Revisions beyond allocated time: Hourly rate

-3D Book or E-reader Effect (Single Book Image): $25
-3D Book or E-reader Effect (Multiple Book Image): $30+ Ask for quote.
-Box sets and Collections (3D or 2D) (2D is required at iBooks and Smashwords): $75+ Ask for quote.
-Audiobook cover: $40+ Ask for quote.
-Substantial Photo Manipulation Work (For instance: addition or removal of tattoos, changes to eye, hair, or clothing color, etc., where possible.) Ask for quote.

Ready To Order?
Fill out the Custom Cover Questionnaire with your book information, along with any option requests and questions you might have. If I’m designing a series for you, please fill out a separate questionnaire for each title. I’ll contact you by email to discuss the quote and finalize details.

Payment & Scheduling:
If the quote is agreeable, I’ll send you an invoice through PayPal for a non-refundable 50% deposit. The deposit secures your spot on my schedule. Payments are accepted via PayPal only. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay through Paypal.

The Process:
The design process begins once you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the deposit is received.
I want you to love your cover, and the questionnaire helps me learn about your book and your personal cover preferences. You’re welcome to send me links to any images you like. I’ve included a list of stock photos sites to explore below in the footer. I’ll use this information and your ideas to create a custom cover design for your book.  I’ll email you the rough mock-up file(s) made with comp images for your review and work with you through up to four rounds of revisions to perfect the cover. Once you approve the final design proof, I’ll send you an invoice through PayPal for the balance due. After the balance due has been received, I’ll forward your final cover files and a receipt.

Timeline:
This can vary depending on the complexity of your project(s) and my work load. The average timeline for a custom cover is one to two weeks from date of receipt of deposit. Please keep me advised of any deadlines or any changes in deadlines. I will work within your schedule as much as possible. Rush orders will incur an extra charge.

Create Your Own Package:
I can bundle several services together for you to receive a discount. For example, we could group your book cover, matching postcards, and bookmarks, or package formatting with covers, or package all the covers for a series—whatever you need. Prices above represent typical costs. Additional fees may apply, depending on some image costs and licenses, or the complexity of your project.
All custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to starting work. Sorry, no exceptions.
Terms and Conditions must be read and agreed upon.
Prices on website may change without notice.
Included images and fonts are from the stock sites and fonts I commonly use. If you request stock photos from sites where the prices are more expensive, require an exclusive image, or a special font needs to be purchased, the additional cost will be added to your final invoice. You will always be notified of all additional costs for approval BEFORE items are purchased.
